Deana Hubbell, a third-grade teacher at Carrsville Elementary School, is the Isle of Wight County Schools’ division Teacher of the Year. She was also selected as Carrsville Elementary School's Teacher of the Year and the division’s Elementary Teacher of the Year. She was surprised today at her school with the announcement. Hubbell will serve as the division’s representative in the Virginia Teacher of the Year program.
