Early Dismissals for Last Two Student Days All IWCS Schools will dismiss 3 hours early on June 11 and June 12. June 12 is the last day of school for all students. June 13 is a staff workday.
All IWCS Schools and Offices will be CLOSED for students and staff on Friday, May 23, and Monday, May 26.

National Beta District of Distinction This award is given to those deserving districts who offer National Beta in all schools in their district, and who induct qualifying students in all eligible grades (4‐12). Isle of Wight County is one of only 78 districts to receive this award nationwide!
IWCS Announces Rookie Teacher of the Year Sherry Garris, Art teacher at Carrsville Elementary School, is the Rookie Teacher of the Year for IWCS.
Spring Break Begins April 14 All IWCS offices and buildings will be closed Monday, April 14, through Friday, April 18, for Spring Break. Monday, April 21, is a holiday for students and a virtual work day for staff.
